INSURANCE
HEALTH PLANS WE CURRENTLY ACCEPT:
Our administrative staff will work directly with your insurance company to complete required authorization requests. We work with in-network and out-of-network companies. If your insurance is considered out-of-network with Strident Healthcare we will work with you and your insurance provider to obtain a "single case agreement" and in-network patient responsibility.
